Account Settings

To access the Account Settings page:

  1. Click your user name in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Then, click Account. The Account Settings page appears.

Email

You can change the email address associated with your account at any time. Once you change your email address, all Truckloads communications will be distributed to the new address, and you will use the new address to sign in to Truckloads.

To change the email address associated with your account, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings page.
  2. On the Settings tab, scroll to the Email section.
  3. Click the gear icon next to your email address. The section expands to display a form.
  4. Enter your new email address in the New Email box.
  5. Enter your current password in the Current Password box.
  6. When complete, click Update Email. You can now use your new email address to sign in to Truckloads and receive Truckloads communications.

Reset Password

You can reset your Truckloads password on the Account Settings page.

To change your password on the Account Settings page, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings page.
  2. On the Settings tab, scroll to the Password section.
  3. Enter your current password in the Current Password box.
  4. Enter a new password in the New Password box.
  5. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password box.
  6. When complete, click Save Password. You can now log in to Truckloads using your new password.

Personal Information

You can update your user name at any time. This information is used as your identity in the Truckloads application and is visible to carriers you work with.

Note: We will never share your information without your permission.

To change your user name, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings page.
  2. On the Profile tab, scroll to the Personal Information section.
  3. Enter your first and last name in the Name boxes.
  4. Click Update. The new name now appears in the application.

Company Information

You can update your company information at any time. This information is used as your corporate identity in the application and is visible to carriers you work with.

Note: We will never share your company information without your permission.

To change your company information, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings page.
  2. On the Profile tab, scroll to the Company Information section.
  3. Make any necessary changes using the Company NameWork Phone, and Work Email boxes.
  4. When complete, click Update. Your changes are saved and now appear in the application.2
